목젖 혈관부종(퀸케병), Uvular angioedema(Quincke’s disease)
알레르기 반응으로 목젖에 생긴 혈관부종을 목젖 혈관부종, 또는 퀸케병이라고 한다.
목젖 혈관부종(퀸케병)의 원인
- 약물이나 다른 어떤 원인으로 인해 서로 생길 수 있다.
목젖 혈관부종(퀸케병)의 증상 징후
- 목젖이 갑자기 큰 포도 알 크기로 둥글게 붓고 인두통도 있을 수 있다.
- 침이나 음식물을 삼키는 데도 어렵고 침을 흘리고 말하는데 지장이 생길 수 있고 호흡곤란이 생길 수 있다.

에피네프린, 항히스타민, 코르티코스테로이드제 등으로 응급 치료한다.

증상 징후, 진찰소견 등으로 진단한다.
Uvular angioedema (Quincke’s disease)
Angioedema of the uvula due to an allergic reaction is called uveal angioedema, or Quinke’s disease.
Causes of angioedema of the uvula (Quinke’s disease)
• They can be caused by drugs or some other cause.
Symptoms of angioedema of the uvula (Quinke’s disease)
• The uvula suddenly swells to the size of large grapes and there may also be a sore throat.
• Difficulty swallowing saliva or food, drooling and speaking may be impaired, and breathing difficulties may occur.

Treatment of uveal angioedema (Quinke’s disease)
Emergency treatment with epinephrine, antihistamines, and corticosteroids. Diagnosis of uveal angioedema (Quinke’s disease) Diagnosis is based on symptoms, signs, and examination findings.
